보상은 영상을 끝까지 봐야 지급됩니다. 광고가 두 편 이어 붙어 나오는 경우도 있는데, 그때는 두 편이 다 끝나야 합니다. 끝까지 봤는데도 안 왔다면 메일로 알려 주세요.

Your best score and collection are stored on the device only. Nothing is uploaded, so deleting the app or resetting in Settings erases them for good, and they do not move to a new device. That is the cost of not asking you to make an account.
The reward arrives when the video plays to the end. Sometimes two ads run back to back — then both have to finish. If you watched it through and still got nothing, email us.
That happens when the connection drops or there is no ad to show at that moment. Try again shortly. Every feature of the game works without watching ads.
Check that reminders are on in Settings, and that notifications for Zoolomino are allowed in your device settings. Reminders arrive three times a day, at slightly different times each day.
